Identity Theft

Identity Theft is the act of stealing personal information from another individual in order to illegally obtain credit or commit criminal acts using the stolen information.

Two ways to avoid identity theft are:

1. Keep your social security number to yourself.

2. Don't send personal information or stuff to people you don't know.
